Port One Logistics Park is pioneering a new sustainable way forward in logistic warehousing; optimising resources, reducing costs, and reducing the environmental impact of logistics

Our goal is to become the UK’s largest carbon-neutral logistics park. As businesses worldwide embrace sustainability, we are leading the way in eco-friendly warehousing. By investing in sustainable innovations, we help minimise environmental footprints, boost productivity, and reduce costs across logistics operations. Our long-term commitment extends to supporting the community, enhancing transparency, promoting fair labour practices, improving safety, diversifying our workforce, and fostering a culture of integrity.
We are strategically located near Suffolk’s Waste-to-Energy facility, which generates 20 MW of sustainable power from household waste. This proximity enhances our access to renewable energy, while the upcoming hydrogen manufacturing facility, set to produce green hydrogen by 2027, offers even more potential for clean energy use.
