The Port One Logistics Park is situated immediately adjacent to Suffolk’s acclaimed Waste-to-Energy recycling facility which processes all of the county’s household waste. Contracted to Suffolk Council for 25 years, the plant is owned and operated by Suez and generates 20 MW of environmentally sustainable power.

PORT ONE SITE

PORT ONE is one of the greenest logistic parks under construction of its type in the UK and is the first to have an all-electric minibus which is part of a fleet to service local staff travel needs.

PHASE 1

The 1st phase included the largest building ever built in Ipswich history with over 18 million cubic feet of capacity and 62 thousand pallet positions.

The team arranged the pre-let and pre-sale to a London Property REIT with completion due end Q2 2022

The phase 1 development produced over 900,000 sq ft of highbay warehousing within 12 months and production is due to increase from Q1 2023 to 1.8 million sq ft built and handed over.

An unprecedented production of 8 warehouses are simultaneously being built to satisfy demand.
